August x Waddington Custot Gallery Collaboration | Paloma Prime Collection

Waddington Custot and August have joined forces to bring the woven works of Bolivian-born, Paris-based artist Kenia Almaraz Murillo into the Paloma Collection homes. Drawing on Andean mythology and generations of family craft, her textiles bridge ancestral tradition and contemporary sculptural form, making her practice a natural fit for this meeting of art, culture and thoughtful design.

Jean Dubuffet: The last 10 Years.

Waddington Custot

A focused selection of 17 paintings traces the electrifying final decade of French artist Jean Dubuffet's career, from 1975 to 1984. Remarkably productive until the end of his life, Dubuffet loosened the visual language developed over four decades, blending abstraction with figuration, experimenting with colour and pushing Art Brut to its furthest extremes. The exhibition marks Waddington Custot's 14th solo show of his work, celebrating over 50 years of collaboration with the artist and his Estate.

GETTING TO KNOW: BEN RAVENSCROFT

Katharsis 83

Ben Ravenscroft’s work is about what painting does, not just what it shows. Working on engraved aluminium, he uses structure, process and layered glazes to blur the lines between gesture and control, presence and absence. For Ravenscroft, painting is a live negotiation, a surface that resists, surprises, and slowly unfolds.

JIANG QIONG ER: THE GUARDIANS OF TIME

The first UK exhibition by Chinese artist and designer Jiang Qiong Er brings together bronze installations, wax paintings and design objects that reimagine ancient Chinese mythology through a contemporary lens. Centred on XII Calls, twelve hybrid creatures embodying universal values, the show meditates on cultural memory, transformation and preservation.

FABIENNE VERDIER: ARIA

Waddington Custot

French artist Fabienne Verdier translates Mozart's operas into large-scale painting in this celebrated Vortex series. Using an enormous horsehair brush suspended from her studio ceiling, Verdier renders the energy of individual arias as sweeping, spiralling forms, making visible what is felt but cannot be seen.

BERNAR VENET: WHEN STEEL DREAMS OF CODE

Waddington Custot

Marking a new chapter in his six-decade practice, French conceptual artist Bernar Venet presents his first AI-generated works: the Generative Angles Paintings. Algorithms produce infinite variations of his signature angle motif, printed onto hand-painted canvases, continuing his long exploration of chance, entropy and authorship.

BARRY FLANAGAN: TWO BY TWO

Waddington Custot

Bringing together bronze sculptures made between 1983 and 2008, this exhibition celebrates one of Britain's most inventive sculptors through the lens of the pair. Hares, elephants, horses and dogs, anthropomorphic, playful and poignant, are set in dialogue with one another, exploring duality, performance and Flanagan's enduring sculptural imagination.

“Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly stood out. We’ve already recommended them to others.”
